Delete your OGFLIX account

You can delete your OGFLIX account and all the data that goes with it at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

Open OGFLIX and sign in.
Tap You.
Tap Account settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

You're signed out straight away, and the deletion starts.

Without the app

Email support@ogflix.com with the subject "Delete my OGFLIX account". Send it from the email address you signed up with, or tell us that address and your username.

If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, send us your OGFLIX username instead.

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account: email address, sign-in details and username.
Your profile: display name, bio and profile picture.
Your saves, watched titles, logs, ratings, watch lists and boards.
Your reviews, comments and ratings on films, series, shows and matches.
Your fan votes and Critic Court rulings.
Your friends, follows and the titles you sent to each other.
Your OTT app choices, languages, theme and alerts.
Your device notification token, feedback and bug reports.

All of this is permanently erased within 30 days. It can't be recovered afterwards.

What we keep

Vote totals stay as numbers, with nothing that links them to you.
Records we must keep by law, only for as long as the law requires.
Ad data held by our advertising partner follows that partner's own retention rules. On your phone you can reset your advertising ID at any time.
